Dr Gabriel Mulimbi

Dr Gabriel Mulimbi has vast experience in women’s health, having working in rural and urban areas in Republic Democratic of the Congo and in Zambia. In addition to having an MSc in Sexual and Reproductive Medicine (Infertility), Dr Mulimbi is presently pursuing a MSc in Sexual Reproductive Health and Right Policy and Programming with London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Currently acting Head of Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Kabwe Central Hospital, Dr Mulimbi aims to reduce the burden of perinatal mortality and infertility by applying evidence based skills and interventions. Dr Gabriel Mulimbi is interested in transferring of knowledge to the future generations, and is exploring research fields in maternal and perinatal issues, infertility and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights.
