Our new Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity-inclusive Healthcare is designed to enhance patient care and outcomes by equipping healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to provide patient-centred, respectful, and effective care. Our neurodiversity healthcare course will foster improved patient-provider relationships and, in turn, enhance healthcare outcomes for neurodivergent individuals.

There is a growing awareness of neurodiversity, a term that encompasses a wide spectrum of neurodivergent conditions, including autism, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), dyslexia, and various other neurodevelopmental differences (Miller, 2023). There is also growing recognition and evidence that neurodivergent individuals have strengths and abilities that contribute valuable diversity to the workforce.
