Maxim completed our Endocrinology MSc course in September 2021, finishing with a distinction. After completing the course, Maxim has had his work published in endocrine journals. Committed to furthering his knowledge in the field even more, Maxim has attended endocrine conferences throughout North America and also become a member of the Endocrine Society. He is now confident that he can provide a high level of care to his patients.

With no formal medical education training, Stanley pursued our PgDip in Medical Education and achieved a distinction. After completing the course, Stanley’s employer recognised the value of his formal education, and appointed him as clinical lead of their teaching and learning academy. He has also applied for a fellowship under the Higher Education Academy (HEA).

Lauren is a registered dietician who successfully completed our MSc in Obesity and Weight Management, achieving a distinction. Since graduating, Lauren has started a PhD program in Health and Human Performance - which she believes she would not have been able to achieve without completing our MSc programme.

Asma studied our PgDip in Dermatology in Clinical Practice and finished with a distinction. She says the course has expanded her knowledge, and her skills have been polished. Completing the course has opened a new horizon of opportunities for Asma to progress and succeed.

Clare completed our PgDip in Cosmetic Medicine with a distinction, and is now on the MSc course - which has inspired her to develop two publications in respectable journals. Since studying with us, Clare has been invited to write an editorial and is currently preparing a manuscript on the effect of Botulinum toxin on migraine. She is on the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses board, and has also been invited to sit on the board of the Journal of Aesthetics Nurses.

Lisa-Jayne studied our MSc in Medical Education and completed the course with a distinction. Since successfully finishing her studies Lisa-Jayne has started training as a GP, and is now a Council Member of the Academy of Medical Educators and a core committee member of the Developing Medical Educators Group.

Rajani completed her PgDip in Dermatology in Clinical Practice in March 2020, achieving a distinction. She has since been working as a GP, with an extended role in dermatology in the Community Dermatology Clinic in Birmingham. Rajani explained, “this has provided variety and a sustainable work pattern.”

Marie embarked on the MSc in Dermatology in Clinical Practice course with the main aim to broaden her knowledge and clinical acumen in dermatological presentations. She is currently a trainee in Paediatrics and completing her MSc has brought her to a better position in managing cutaneous manifestations in paediatrics. Marie now feels more confident in diagnosis and management through completing the course.
